I had a comfortable stay with modern and spacious rooms offering great views of Benidorm. The service was exceptional, especially from George the night porter. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel room, with a bottle of pink bubbly, was perfectly clean and well-maintained, very spacious but had two twins pushed together. The service was exceptional overall, with efficient and helpful staff providing entertainment every night. The location was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to nightlife, shops, and restaurants. The dining experience was decent but lacked some breakfast options. The facilities were in good condition and added value to the stay.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice and the location was excellent. They were as lovely and clean as they were last year. I appreciated having a fridge, hairdryer, and cups in the room, along with a great shower and bath. However, it seemed like the hotel was grossly understaffed during my visit.
